Jason Cummins was raised in a small town in Missouri and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he studied business and economics. During college, he gained valuable hands-on experience through a variety of jobs, including pool installation and service, home construction, and sales.
After graduation, Jason married his wife, Jennifer, and began his career with a large pest control company in St. Louis. Over the years, he worked both as a technician and as a branch manager. During this time, Jason and Jennifer welcomed their son and, a few years later, their daughter.
When Jason's parents retired to Punta Gorda, the family made frequent visits to Southwest Florida. It didn't take long for Jason and Jennifer to realize they had found the perfect place to raise their own family. The welcoming community reminded them of their hometown roots in Missouri, while the beautiful weather and opportunities for their children made the area even more appealing.
After relocating to Southwest Florida, Jason transitioned into the HVAC industry and worked as a technician for a respected Charlotte County company for six years. During that time, he developed extensive expertise and earned a reputation for being hardworking, honest, dependable, and knowledgeable in all aspects of home ownership, maintenance, and repair.
Through his HVAC work, Jason met Jorge and Barbara Martinez and was introduced to the Home Watch industry. As he learned more about the business, he recognized how well it aligned with his experience and passion for helping homeowners. When the opportunity arose to purchase GMan Home Watch, Jason knew it was the right fit.

Its commitment to providing exceptional service perfectly matched Jason's values and skill set.
